Its over to Macau for Bollywood, a large chunk of the film industry is flying to Macau to take part in the IIFA 2009 Awards function night. Seen in high spirits were Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and hubby Abhishek. The media showed them in a playful mood before they boarded the flight to Macau.
Brand Ambassador for IIFA, Amitabh Bachchan has been a permanent fixture at IIFA. Then some of the stars who planned to be present include Sonam Kapoor along with dad Anil Kapoor. Newbie actors like Genelia and Neil Nitin Mukesh and oldies like Lara Dutta would all be there to play their role.
This IIFA Awards function night would be different as it would have to showcase a more emergent and powerful Indian cinema to the world, post Slumdog Millionaire!
