Relaxation of PAN card rule

The State government has ordered temporary suspension on insistence of PAN (Permanent Account Number) from the purchasers of two and three-wheelers and tractors as they mostly came from lower income groups. Following problems faced by the purchasers on the insistence of PAN card by the Transport department, Chief Minister Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy asked officials to temporarily suspend the rule.
