Some of the most consistent directors in the Telugu film industry are Puri Jagannadh, S S Rajamouli and Sreenu Vaitla. Now, Vaitla has added another feather onto his cap with his latest offering ‘Dookudu’. Naturally, many are now trying to do a comparative analysis of the three directors.
As such, Puri Jagannadh is known for his high octane action entertainers packed with unconventional etching of hero’s character. In Rajamouli’s films, there is a lot of emotional depth and the peaks are many which strike a chord with the audience pulse.
Sreenu Vaitla is slightly different. He is more a comedy specialist and relies more on engaging screenplay. Also, he works well on all the characters and creates a network between them for all scenes. This is perhaps the first time that Vaitla has shown some serious action sequences in ‘Dookudu’ and showed the bad guys as bad guys.
But interestingly these three specialists have given 3 big industry block busters in the form of Pokiri, Magadheera and Dookudu.
