Nani's V Flops in the Theaters as Well

 Director Indraganti Mohan Krishna claimed that his movie “V” featuring Nani and Sudheer Babu needs to be watched in the theaters only. 

He said the film has an extraordinary background score and sound design that can only be felt in a theater.

He was initially against the direct OTT release for this reason. But producer Dil Raju went ahead of releasing it on Amazon Prime Video. 

However, the film also hit the screens on January 1st, 2021. The response in the theaters is also lukewarm.

Those who have watched the film in the theaters said that there is no extraordinary sound design as they had claimed before. Not much difference between the theatrical experience and the OTT watch. 

The collections in the first weekend are abysmally low. It is a huge flop in the theaters.
