Pleasure depends on skill and comfort

The one worry that seems to plague young men is the size of their penis. Recently, a young man who was soon going to get married approached me with a worried expression. “Doctor, is there any way I can make my organ grow? I don’t want to disappoint my wife on our wedding night,” he said. However, I had to disappoint him, because once the penis has grown to its adult size, nothing can make it bigger.
The common myth among men is “men with larger penises have a stronger sex drive and are capable of greater sexual performances.”
Studies by pioneering sexologists, Masters & Johnson, on Human Sexual Response found no relation between penis size and sexual prowess. When a penis is not erect, it averages about 3.5 to 4.5 inches in length, though it differs in individuals.
The size of the penis can vary depending on factors like weather and anxiety. An erect penis is usually between five and seven inches long.
A small flaccid penis can show remarkable change when erect. Weight, build and height bear no relation to the size of the penis.
Another belief prevalent is that a large penis can give a woman more pleasure. The first two inches of the vagina have the maximum nerve endings which give the most pleasure. All a man requires is two inches.
Our ability to make sex enjoyable depends on our comfort, awareness, skill, sensitivity, imagination and ability to communicate — all of which are a matter of learning and experience.
