2G:Fresh trouble for Anil Ambani,CBI noose tightens on RComm

The investigation agency Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has tightened its noose on Anil Ambani's company - Reliance Communication (RCOMM).

CBI on Monday, May 30 started minute investigation in the transaction in Mauritius bank between Anil Ambani's RComm and Loop Telecom.

The investigation agency has also demanded to probe 15 other telecom companies. The 15 telecom companies are suspected

CBI sources claimed to find out the real beneficiaries of the 9.9 percent equity sale by Reliance Communications to Delphi Investment.

The Supreme Court of Mauritius has given a month's time to authorities there to provide all the information to the CBI.

Earlier on the same day, Delhi High Court rejected the bail plea of the owner of Cineyug Film Pvt Ltd, Karim Morani. Morani had been accused of accepting Rs 6 crore kickbacks for assisting the Rs 200 crore transaction from DB Realty to Kalaignar TV.

His earlier anticipatory bail plea on medical grounds was rejected by the special court on May 23.Morani has been sent for judicial custody over the second generation telecom spectrum scam case.

Meanwhile, the High Court reserved the bail plea order on another prime 2G accused, DMK MP, Kanimozhi. Former Tamil Nadu CM Karunanidhi's daughter is still remained in Tihar jail.
