Devarakaonda Takes Over The Reins of Dear Comrade?

Dear Comrade continues to be a discussion point among film circles as it is taking an eternity to wrap things up.
The film was launched long back and was supposed to hit the theaters by the end of last year itself.
However, the film has been reshot many a times in the name of quality and it looks like Vijay Deverakonda is not yet satisfied with the film's output.
According to grapevine, reshoots of Dear Comrade are still happening even after many postponements.
The film is due for release on July 25 and the filming is yet to be wrapped up.
Meanwhile, grapevine is abuzz with the rumors that Vijay Deverakonda has taken over the reins from director Bharath Kamma.
The Arjun Reddy actor has been calling the shots of late with the support of producers (Mythri Movie Makers).
Four songs including a couple of video songs were launched as per Vijay Deverakonda's orders. He is also deciding what to keep and what to omit from the final edit.
If the buzz is to be believed, Vijay is also the one who is asking for endless reshoots.
