Gali Janardhan Reddy Wants his Rs 1000 Crore Back:

In Karnataka, the political atmosphere is completely tense. The coalition government of Congress and JD(S) are trying with all their efforts to save it while BJP is also doing its tactics to form the government. Even in such hectic political developments, there is one person who is absolutely least bothered about the state and he is Gali Janardhan Reddy.

On Monday, Gali appeared in Hyderabad and met Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials. All the cases of Gali related to illegal mining are with ED Hyderabad wing. For nearly eight hours Gali held talks with ED officials and asked them to return his assets which are worth Rs 1000 crore.

Long back the High Court has ordered ED to return the properties that are attached in the illegal mining scam. On this, the ED had approached the Supreme Court but the apex court refused to give a stay on High Court's order.

Speaking to the media outside ED office, Gali said he is trying his best to get back his assets from ED but the officials are showing negligence and are not honouring the court's orders. "They asked me few questions and I gave them the required clarifications too. If they don't return, I will file Contempt of Court case against ED. But there is still time," said Gali Janardhan Reddy.
