Vishnu Manchu took to Twitter and shared a video from the gym as he began prepping for his role from D And D. In the video, the actor can be seen sweating it hard using dumbbells, weight lifts and squats to get into shape. The actor also revealed that he has to gain 20 inch biceps as Director Srinu Vaitla ordered.
