Special court for Satyam

The CBI director, Mr Ashwini Kumar, on Thursday met the Chief Justice of AP High Court, Mr Anil R Dave, and discussed forming a special court for trying the accused in the multi-crore Satyam fraud.
Sources said Mr Ashwini Kumar briefed the Chief Justice about the progress of investigation of the case.
Later, Mr Kumar met the Registrar General of the High Court, Mr Seetharam Murthy, who told him that the High Court had already approved the proposal to form a special court for Satyam case. The proposal has been sent to the government for sanctions, he told the CBI chief.
