Top IPS men transferred

Mr Vivek Dube, additional DGP (provisioning and logistics), has been transferred and posted as additional DGP, Octopus, in a major reshuffle of 47 IPS officials and one IAS officer effected by the state government on Thursday. Mr Dube will also hold the full additional charge of provisioning and logistics.

The additional commissioner (traffic, Hyderabad), Mr N.V. Surendra Babu, has transferred and posted as IG, Octopus.
Mr A.K. Mohanty, has been transferred to an “insignificant” post as the chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Safety Authority. He was not given any posting after being removed from his post of the director general of police by the Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy.

Mr A.B. Venkateswara Rao, who was stripped of his post immediately after elections, has been made member of the Commissionerate of Inquiries. His colleague will be the senior IAS official, Mr Md Shafiquzzaman, who was transferred from the State Warehousing Corporation.
Mrs Charu Sinha who was posted as East Godavari SP by the Election Commission and removed by the Congress government, has been transferred to the AP Police Academy, considered to be an insignificant posting.

Mr Navneet Rajan Wasan has been posted as Officer on Special Duty in the AP Bhavan, New Delhi. Mr M. Mahender Reddy will be the new IG, Intelligence, Mr Satyanarayan, IG, Visakhapatnam region. Mr N. Hanumantha Rao will be additional commissioner (traffic), Hyderabad.
Mr Ch. D. Tirumala Rao has been posted as IG, Counter Intelligence Cell, and Dr Batti Lal Meena, director (vigilance and security), APSRTC, as IG, intelligence security and Mr T.A. Tripathi, as IG (recruitment).

Mr K.R.M. Kishore Kumar, will be IG, Guntur range; Mr V.R.K. Mohan Rao, deputy IG, Kurnool range in place of Ms Shikha Goel who will go as additional director, ACB.
Mr Harish Kumar Gupta will be joint commissioner of police, SB, Hyderabad. Mr K. Srinivasa Reddy will be deputy IG, Marine Police at Visakhapatnam.

Mr V.C. Sajjanar, will be SP, Octopus. Mr Shahnawaz Qasim has been made SP, Warangal. Mr Manish Kumar Sinha has been posted as DCP, South Zone, Hyderabad and Mr T. Muralikrishna DCP, North Zone. Mr Atul Singh, DCP, South Zone, will be joint commissioner of police (admn.), Hyderabad.

Mr Anil Kumar has been posted as SP, Khammam, Mr P. Pramod Kumar, as SP, Adilabad, and Mr N. Madhusudhan Reddy, as Principal, Police Training College, Vizianagaram.
Mr B. Srinivasulu will be SP, Intelligence, Hyderabad; Mr Rajesh Kumar, DCP (traffic), Cyberabad, will be SP, Nalgonda. Mr Mahesh Chandra Laddha, SP, has been posted as Principal, Police Training College, Mamnoor, Warangal.
Mr T. Yoganand, will be Commandant VIII Battalion, AP Special Police, Kondapur, Hyderabad.
Mr Vikram Singh Mann, SP, has been posted as SP, Intelligence, Hyderabad.
Mr K. Venugopal Rao, SP, Railways, has been instructions to reported to the Chief Office.
Mr M. Shiva Prasad will be posted as SP, Railways, Secunderabad and Mr T.V. Sashidhar Reddy comes in as SP, CM’s Security Gro-up, Intelligence, Hyderabad.
Mr G. Sudheer Babu, is posted as SP, Mahbubnagar, in place. Dr. M. Kantha Rao, DCP (Law and Order), Cyberabad, has been posted as SP, Medak in place of Mr Shaik Mohd. Iqbal who will be DCP (Crimes), Hyderabad City.
Dr M. Naganna has been posted as SP, Srikakulam; the incumbent, Mr Ch. Srikanth, will move to Kurnool.

Mr Vineet Brijlal has been posted as SP, Visakhpatnam (Rural) in place of Dr Akum Sabharwal who goes the the ACB as joint director.
Mr Anjani Kumar will be IG, Greyhounds and Ms Anjana Sinha, IG, Special Protection Force.

Mr Govind Singh will be special secretary to government, home.
Mr Ravi Gupta will be IG, APSP Battalions, Hyderabad.
Ms Swathi Lakra, DCP, North Zone, Hyderabad City, has been and posted as Deputy IG, Hyderabad Range, on promotion.
Mr Rajiv Kumar Meena has been posted as Deputy IG, Nizamabad Range.

Dr R.S. Praveen Kumar has been posted as joint director, AP Police Academy, Hyderabad.
Mr Mahesh Muralidhar Bhagwat, SP, Khammam, will be deputy IG, PCR Cell and Social Justice, CID, Hyderabad, on promotion.
The services of Mr V.V. Srinivasa Rao, are placed at the disposal of the transport, roads and buildings department for appointment as Deputy IG, vigilance and security, APSRTC.
