You’ve seen it all- the glitz and blinding bling; the barely-there minis and plunging necklines; the Manish Malhotra saris and Roberto Cavalli gowns.
But, have you ever wondered what do Bollywood stars wear when they are rushing off to catch a flight? We caught up with these stars parading off the airport ramp:
The immaculate Ash
Sigh…the ‘most beautiful woman in the world’ pays close attention to the minute details but forgets that something that suspiciously looks like her bra (ugh) is peeping out of her fur-collared jacket (see above pic, left).
And, then there she goes in a chic white shirt, denims and a chunky belt. Even her hair looks so diva-like that we wonder if she has ever had a bad hair day!
Talking about bad hair days, there’s Kareena (size-zero) Kapoor. Seems like she has come back to amchi Mumbai after her hair styling products (including shampoo) and size-zero dresses were stolen by a crazy fan.
Such is her busy schedule that she could not find the time to rush off to buy some clothes, so picked up whatever she could find from the streets and created this mix-n-match disaster. But forgot to buy a cap to cover that greasy mop before landing in Mumbai and managed to smile at the paparazzi without a teeny-weeny show of skin. Bravo, bravo! 
Then there are those who know how to keep it casual yet stylish. Consider the stunning Twinkle Khanna and the pretty Katrina Kaif. They have retained their star quality without reaching for the over-kill (refer to Ash’s fur-collared coat).
So, you can refer to these damsels for pointers on casual travel dressing. 
Bollywood men are not far behind when it comes to classy or trashy style. We like Chotte Nawab Saif Ali Khan’s casual look and those sunglases look hot.
The antithesis of Saif’s look is the Salman-Hrithik duo. Are these guys planning to star in a comedy movie together dressed in those comic denims?? Has nobody ever told Hrithik that loose jeans with sack-like pockets can kill his killer looks and Salman should not light-up in the airport premises?? Salman’s jeans seem too new to be ripped. Sigh, let’s just pretend we never saw Hrithik look like that!
If there’s one style take-away from celeb-spotting at the airport, it’s got to be a pair of sunglasses. And yeah, keep it real!
