It’s Tycoon Night at The Beach every Saturday. And these evenings are dedicated to all the club’s regulars. So, Kay, DJ and producer at The Beach, kicked off the evening with lots of new tunes last Saturday.
When the heat was on, he churned out exactly what the crowd wanted, all on request. “I want to make sure our regulars have the best time, every Saturday,” he says. So, slip into your casual best, just be yourself and wander into The Beach, Indiranagar, come Saturday night.

On Sunday, he called a bunch of people home and made sure they got into the festive spirit. The spread wasn’t quite your traditional Ganesha oota — there was Italian and Chinese khaana, chaat and dosa — but no one was complaining. We spotted Dhanya and Lokesh Pandya, Sangeetha Gopal, Anitha Kholay and Rekha Hande in their traditional best. Ramesh Dembla also showed up, as did Raj Shroff and Prasad Bidapa.
