Young Director's Revenge On RGV

A cold war between upcoming director Deva Katta and maverick film maker Ram Gopal Varma is slowly taking a shape. The reason behind this is said to be ‘concept’ that both directors are trying to cash on.

RGV earlier created a sensation by announcing film on Vijayawada city politics, tentatively titled ‘Bezawada Rowdeelu’. Though there were many warnings, egg peltings and public potshots on Ramu about this, he made a formal announcement of the film a couple of days back. The film is directed by newcomer Vivek Krishna, while RGV is producing it. However, Deva Katta’s upcoming flick AUTO NAGAR SURYA is also of the same cadre. This young director feels that Ramu has copied his story as he happens to have narrated the line to RGV an year back for creative corrections. For the same reason, Deva Katta is now playing on the mind of Naga Chaitanya to quit ‘Bezawada Rowdeelu’, say sources. Another gossip is heard in Film Nagar that Chaitu never confirmed the project of BR, its only Ramu who has announced that he will be playing the main lead in the flick. Though it is still unclear while it is Deva’s revenge or Chaitu’s dislike about this latest developments, the topic is still hot folks.
