Union Minister Chiranjeevi graced the do and released the music and gave first CD to director V.V Vinayak. Wanna curious to know our music review of Race Gurram? Here it is: There are six songs in album, composed by Thaman, which let you completely down. Boochodu Boochodu..., Sweety..., Cinema Chupistha Mama..., Gala Gala..., Down Down..., Race Gurram. Truth be told, not even single tune is racy. Music is not soothing and horrible. The worst part of this album is that lyrics won't match with the tunes at all. In fact, one couldn't understand what the lyrics mean in first place. Meaningless lyrics, bad tunes mar the film's music. Lyrics add much to the confusion of the album. Despite having ace lyric writers like Chandra Bose, Vishwa and Rehaman on board, and Thaman joining his forces, Race Gurram album falls flat. There was a lot of hype on song Down Down sung by Shruti Haasan and Thaman. The number didn't stick to its hype just like the rest of the numbers. Mass number Cinema Chupistha Mava is little better compared to the rest. This one song is like blessing in disguise. Thaman has once again proved that he lost his Midas Touch!
