Chiru Yet to Decide on Muhurtham

Megastar Chiranjeevi's 'Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy' has been in the news from a long time, but it is yet to hit the floor. Earlier, Ram Charan made an announcement that he’d launch the production on August 22, on the eve of his father’s birthday. However, the film's writers suggested that he launch the film on August 15 to coincide with the Independence Day as the story is about the Indian king's revolt against the British rule. Ram Charan liked this idea. Still, no official news about the movie’s launch is out as yet. Buzz is that they have not yet fixed the muhurtham for the movie’s launch though the D-day is just round the corner. If they miss Independence Day launch, the period drama could be launched on August 22. It is expected that an official announcement will be made during this weekend. The delay in its launch is due to the casting say insiders. They are unable to get confirmation from Nayanathara and Aishwarya Rai for the female lead roles. They have neither rejected the offer nor have they agreed to the project. Both producer Ram Charan and director Surender Reddy are waiting for clarity from the heroines. The film is a biopic of Rayalaseema king Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy who challenged the British raj.
