Other day none other than Karan Johar revealed that he got floored by
'Dear Comrade' movie and appreciated everyone including hero Vijay
Devarakonda and director Bharat Kamma. At a time when rumours are
everywhere that Vijay himself is going to do the lead man job in Hindi
as well, here comes an interesting snippet.
Reports are coming that both Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor are considered to take up the role of Bobby in the Hindi version. They want to catch up on the film after its release and then take a call. While Karan is close to Ranveer, many thought that he may lap up the opportunity, but the recent success of Karan Singh is tilting the balance in Shahid's favour.
As Karan Johar already did Temper remake with Ranveer, now he may handpick Shahid for Dear Comrade remake. And he's most likely to introduce another star kid to Bollywood arena in the role of Lilly, played by Rashmika Mandanna in the original.
In the meantime, the whole Bollywood got curious about this deal and they are waiting for the coming Friday to check the box office result of Dear Comrade. Directed by Bharat Kamma, the film is hitting cinemas on July 26th.
