Aishwarya Rai haunted by her past

Some ghosts are hard to exorcise. Aishwarya Rai who has entered one of the happiest phases of her life after her marriage to Abhishek Bachchan, often finds herself haunted by her past - namely her two ex boyfriends Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi who still keep talking about her to the press.

On Farah Khan’s chat show on Sunday, Vivek didn’t mince any words while speaking about his affair with Ash (though he did not say her name, it was obvious to all what he was speaking about). Vivek also spoke about the infamous press conference in which he blamed Salman Khan for threatening him. When prompted by Farah, Vivek revealed that he has gotten over his love for Ash and moved on in life after breaking up with her.

On another front, Salman Khan recently revealed that he never physically abused Ash when he dated her.

Such revelations by Vivek and Salman have certainly upset Aishwarya who hasn’t uttered a word about her past romantic affairs or ex boyfriends ever since she became the Bachchan bahu.

Though Ash still chooses not to respond to the latest revelations by Salman and Vivek, a friend of her is quoted as saying: “We feel what Mr Khan and Mr Oberoi are doing is very ungentlemanly. It’s unchivalrous to talk about any lady who has moved on to a new phase in her life.”

The friend goes on to add that Ash hopes some sense would prevail upon Salman and Vivek and they would let the ghosts of the past rest in peace.
