KCR critical; Rosaiah knocks Sonia's door

As the fasting by the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president, K. Chandrasekhara Rao reaches its eleventh day, ministers in Andhra Pradesh have hit the panic button.


According to media reports Chief Minister K Rosaiah is reported to be in New Delhi to meet Congress president Sonia Gandhi to discuss the Telangana issue.


It has been said that a high level meeting will be held after the return of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh from russai on Wednesday, Dec 9.

Anticipating violence due to the deteriorating condition of the fasting TRS leader, universities have been closed down for 10 days.

The sugar level of Rao is said to be to normal but medical team at NIMS said that his condition is still critical and fatal consequences of the fast cannot be ruled out.

On Tuesday, Dec 8, medical team at NIMs have warned of fatal consequences if the fasting leader does not break his fast immediately.
