Few months back, an announcement was made by director S S Rajamouli that he is all set to come up with a film based on the Razakar movement backdrop. This was meant to have Prabhas as the hero and the regular shooting was expected to commence in few months.
However, the latest update is that the film has been shelved. Sources say the reason for this decision is due to heavy budget constraints. Still, there is news that Rajamouli is planning for a big budget flick. Already, he has a strong desire for remaking the masterpiece ‘Dana Veera Soora Karna.’
On the other hand, there is news that Junior NTR is reportedly asking his Father-In-Law Narne Srinivas to produce the ambitious project likely to touch Rs 85 crores. For now, the Rajamouli- Prabhas movie cancelled.
