Happy Days Fame Varun Sandesh got seriously injured on the sets of his upcoming film while performing a risky action sequence. Preetika Rao, the lead actress of the film, confirmed the news on the social networking site.
"Poor Varun Sandesh... Met with an accident while shooting for an action sequence! Injured both his hands! Cannot evn eat by himself. Feeling so bad for Varun. His makeup artist is feeding him! Both hands caught up in bandage!!!! Next 1 week will be tough 4him!," tweeted Preetika Rao, who is the younger sister of Bollywood actress Amrita Rao.
The actress opined that using body double for the risky stunt would have avoided the accident.
"He is in a lot of pain :( wish he used a body double instead of doing the risky action sequence himself!!," she adds.
Hope Varun Sandesh recovers soon and would be more careful next time!
